Refund policy

Returns:
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items:
Certain products, including perishable goods, custom items, and sale items, are not eligible for return. Please check product descriptions for more information.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund as needed.
